FAQs

What time can I check in?

Check in is from 3pm on day of arrival and check out is 10am on day of departure. 

Guests are more than welcome to park up and enjoy the walks in the surrounding area outside of these times, just please inform us prior to your stay either by email or telephone so that we can ensure there is sufficient parking. When you know your plans, please let us know what time you expect to arrive.

 

Is there WiFi?

No, we don’t offer WiFi, we do have good 4G signal on most networks (although we recommend you turn your phones off!).

 

Is there a kitchen?

There is a kitchen with an Airfryer, 4 x ring induction hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and cooking utensils. There is also a gas BBQ.

 

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, we allow a maximum of 2 dogs per booking, we ask for a £15 supplement per stay. Dogs must not be left alone on site during the stay.

 

Where can I park?

There is ample free parking just a short walk across the yard from the safari tent.

 

Are towels and linen provided during my stay?

Yes, we provide 1 x bath robe, 1 x bath towel and 1 x hand towel per guest.

 

What do we need to bring with us?

We provide everything you need for the hot tub and BBQ. We supply basics for the kitchen – kitchen roll, tea towels, sponge, cloth, antibacterial spray, olive oil, salt, pepper, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, sugar and a small jug of whole milk.

We also provide a cake and fresh flowers.

 

Is there a TV?

No, we want you to switch off, relax and detox in nature.

Is there any heating?

Yes, the safari tent has a central heating system which keeps it cozy. There is also an electric fire and electric blankets for those really cold nights.

 

Do we need to bring anything for the BBQ?

No, the BBQ is gas which we provide. We recommend visiting Broomfield’s of Holt to stock up on meat to enjoy!
