DEPOSIT & PAYMENT - We will take a non-refundable 30% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival, and we will send a payment request to you by email. We will send a payment reminder to you. If your payment is not received at this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Full payment will be taken for bookings made within 4 week of your stay.

 

For cancellations made 4 weeks before your arrival, a full refund (minus the deposit) will be made. We regret we cannot offer a refund for cancellations made within 4 weeks of your stay.

TRAVEL INSURANCE - We strongly recommend that all guests take out UK travel insurance with Covid-cover for protection should you be unable to travel.

​

 

NUMBER IN PARTY - There is a maximum of 5 people (plus one baby/toddler in a travel cot) per Safari Lodge. A high chair & travel cot are provided for the children. Please book your highchair and travel cot when making your booking.

​

 

VISITORS - Visitors are welcome on site with prior consent, but we ask that there are at most 2 adult visitors (and any associated children) per Safari Lodge. Any visitors will need to depart by 10.00 pm. We ask that visitors remain respectful and that large groups don't gather.

​

 

NOISE & BEHAVIOUR - This is a quiet glampsite; please respect fellow glampers and our neighbours; no loud music, and please keep all noise low between 10.00 pm and 8.00 am. This means no music, musical instruments, shouting, singing, or any significant noise that disturbs the stay of others. If you are sitting out at night on your deck, around the fire pit or hot tub, please be aware that noise carries easily, so please keep your voices low. Poor behavior or anyone found damaging or defacing facilities or property will be evicted from the site. No refunds will be given. We reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person or group at any time during the stay whose behavior is unacceptable.

SMOKING - E-cigarettes and Vapes are permitted within your private garden area. Smoking is not permitted inside the safari lodges, deck area and the rest of the glampsite due to the close proximity to a straw barn.

 

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES - Any guest found to be buying, selling, using, or possessing illegal drugs or substances while on Fibden Farm's premises will be asked to leave immediately.

DAMAGES - Whilst we expect a degree of wear and tear and the odd breakage, in the event of any damage or loss to the contents of your Safari Lodge, including stains to any of the bathrobes, soft furnishings and rugs, we reserve the right to charge the credit or debit card used to book your reservation with either the total cost of repairing/cleaning such item(s) or, if this is not possible, the replacement cost with new.

CHILDREN - All ages welcome. We are a working farm, which means there are often large tractors and machinery moving around. Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian around the farm, in the hot tub and around the BBQ. We want your children to enjoy the surroundings, their safety is our top priority. 

​

 

DOGS - Maximum of 2 dogs per booking. We like to keep our lodges in excellent condition and spend more time cleaning after a dog has stayed, so we ask for a £15 supplement per stay. Dogs must be kept on a lead around the site at all times (can be off lead in your private, secure garden) and must not be left unattended in the safari lodge or your car when on site.

WIFI - We don't supply WIFI in the safari lodge, however we do have good 4G signal on most networks.

 

PARKING - All cars must be left in the car park adjacent to the glampsite and just a short distance from the safari lodge.

​

 

WHAT'S INCLUDED - We provide everything you need for a luxury self-catering holiday, including bed linen, towels, basic toiletries, a welcome hamper and logs for the wood fired hot tub. A complete list of what's included will be provided before your stay.
